Our inflatable gaskets are precision extruded and can be custom made to fit your precise application. The profile is developed to expand when inflated in position, creating a tight, perfect barrier, where the fixed seals is fail due to the fabrication limitations and the especially when dealing with surfaces that move in relation to one another , like challenging applications.where you need a clean, powerful seal to protect from dust, contamination and moisture our inflatable gaskets are the ideal choice for applications. Our inflatable rubber seals can be manufactured from a wide variety of materials to different grades and specification, to suit your individual application and needs.

A ‘Shot Moulding’ technique is also used to bond most types of the available inflation connectors to the seals as required by the customer/application. This process bonds the connector to the seal by applying identical compound vulcanising the connector to the seal.
Our inflatable seals are manufactured from high strength FDA and USP Class Vi approved silicone for custom pharmaceutical and medical seals applications. All seals can be individually pressure tested and can be supplied with certification to ensure complete traceability. Before deliver, We 100% inspect every inflatable seal under our quality system and can provide certificates of conformity. A larger range of profiles can be manufactured upon request.
